The intended service is continuous public-solicitation intake, screening against a contractor’s specific profile, and emailed completed submission documents through a private workspace link when source and email connections are live. “Compliance-certified bid package” is an intended product goal, not a certification: requirement checks flag items for contractor review. Bidwicket does not submit bids to government portals, and connected private delivery is a link, not an attachment. Zero daily manual operations is the goal of an event-driven, multi-agent pipeline, not a guarantee. Coverage includes only notices returned by connected sources; municipal, state, and county coverage depends on confirmed live connections and available data.
